Palacio de Congresos Olympic, first MICE center in Catalonia to obtain the Bioscore Tourism Business Certification with restoration<\/strong><\/p>

The Olympic Conference Center – Evenia Hotels<\/strong> becomes the first tourism organization in Catalonia to obtain the Bioscore Tourism Business Certification with catering<\/strong>, an international recognition that accredits its commitment to sustainability<\/strong>, efficiency in resource management<\/strong> and corporate social responsibility.<\/strong><\/p>

Developed by Bioscore Sustainability<\/strong>, this third-party verified certification allows tourism companies to integrate sustainability in a strategic manner, providing evidence of their responsible performance and strengthening their corporate reputation. The model evaluates seven key areas<\/strong>: general compliance, emissions, energy, water, waste, catering and corporate social responsibility, ensuring transparency, traceability and continuous improvement. <\/p>

Inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals (UN)<\/strong> and the standards of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC)<\/strong> and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)<\/strong>, the certification positions tourism organizations as responsible and competitive players, aligned with international best practices in sustainability.<\/p>

Located in the heart of the Costa Brava<\/strong>, in Lloret de Mar, the Olympic Conference Center enjoys a strategic location: in a quiet area and just a few meters from the town center and the beach. It is part of the Evenia Olympic Resort<\/strong>, with more than 30,000 m\u00b2 of space and large landscaped areas. The venue has more than 4,000 m\u00b2 of space for events<\/strong>, with rooms of different capacities (from 35 m\u00b2 to 833 m\u00b2) and an auditorium for 770 people, in addition to offering comprehensive catering services, restaurants and complementary activities<\/strong>. <\/p>
