Our project focuses on the creation of a Living Lab of Circular Economy (Living Lab Hot-EC) specifically oriented to the hotel industry. This environment will allow testing, adapting and developing eco-innovative technologies, measuring their degree of circularity. The aim is to establish the necessary conditions and tools to promote sustainability and innovation within the sector, based on the knowledge accumulated by the InnoEcoTur Platform.
In addition, it is intended to organize a training program in Consulting and Management of Circular Economy in collaboration with universities, companies and industry associations. This degree seeks to train professionals capable of leading sustainability and circular economy initiatives, aligned with the advances and needs detected by the InnoEcoTur Platform.
