ATF25 Türkiye opens new chapter in sustainability with Bioscore partnership
The Antalya International Tourism Fair (ATF25 Türkiye) is preparing to open its doors for the seventh time this year, welcoming more than 40 000 trade visitors from over 70 countries. The event will take place on October 22, 23 and 24, 2025 at the ANFAŞ Exhibition Center in Antalya.
This year, the most productive tourism meeting in Turkey and the Mediterranean, ATF25 Türkiye, has chosen the theme “Sustainable Hospitality”. In addition to fostering business partnerships, ATF25 Türkiye positions itself as a pioneer in environmental and cultural responsibility in tourism. Taking a significant step in the field of sustainability, the Antalya International Tourism Fair has signed an official sustainability partnership agreement with Bioscore Sustainability, represented in Turkey by Holidaymine.
Carbon footprint measurement to start at ATF25 Türkiye
Bioscore, a specialist in sustainability data platforms and consulting in the tourism sector, will measure the carbon footprint of all processes of the Antalya International Tourism Fair (ATF25 Türkiye). This assessment will cover all stages, from preparations to the event period, from dismantling to the supply chain.
The data obtained will serve as a basis for developing carbon reduction strategies and implementing offset projects. Visitors will also have the opportunity to calculate and offset the emissions generated by their participation through the Bioscore Balance platform.
Sustainable hospitality: from tradition to the future
Selçuk Meral, founder and chairman of the board of directors of ATFexpressed that this collaboration will bring added value to ATF25 Türkiye and to the tourism sector, and valued the importance of the agreement with the following words: “We are very pleased to announce that we have signed this agreement. The Antalya International Tourism Fair is growing every year, contributing to the industry. However, we believe that growth cannot only be measured by numbers. That is why we are implementing projects that will make our responsibility to the environment and the future more tangible. This cooperation with Bioscore is an important indicator of our commitment to strengthening our understanding of hospitality with sustainability principles. “.
Víctor Monzón Montalbá, CEO of Bioscorealso commented on the matter: “We are proud to support ATF25’s strategic commitment to sustainable hospitality. By combining advanced data analytics with customized sustainability consulting, we enable organizers to measure their environmental impact and implement effective, quantifiable strategies. In this way, tourism events can align cultural and social integrity with environmental responsibility in a tangible and accountable manner. “.
Under the slogan “Sustainable Hospitality,” ATF25 Türkiye is incorporating sustainability into the core of the event. Through data-driven measurements, reduction strategies and offset initiatives wherever possible, the fair is advancing its efforts to reduce its environmental footprint. The Antalya International Tourism Fair, in addition to being a visionary gathering of the tourism sector, remains determined to raise awareness and innovate in sustainable tourism practices.
