ATF26 Türkiye Launches a Sustainable Transformation Initiative in Collaboration with Bioscore

ATF26 Türkiye, to be held under the main sponsorship of İş Bankası and with Kilit Hospitality as its main partner, is taking concrete steps to reduce its environmental impact through its Responsible Waste Management Programme, digital entry systems and its Decarbonisation Plan.

The International Antalya Tourism Fair (ATF26 Türkiye) is expanding its sustainability collaboration with Bioscore Sustainability, represented by Holidaymine, through new practices in 2026. As part of the collaboration, measurable initiatives will be implemented across several areas, ranging from waste management and decarbonisation actions to digital entry systems and the reduction of printed materials.

Responsible Waste Management Programme

Separate collection systems suitable for different types of waste will be installed throughout the ATF26 Türkiye event venue. Covering the preparation, installation, event and dismantling processes in their entirety, the initiative aims to ensure that waste is separated at source and to establish an organisational structure that supports responsible waste management throughout the event.

Visitors Will Be Able to Contribute to the Decarbonisation Plan

ATF26 Türkiye participants, particularly visitors arriving from abroad, will be able to calculate their carbon emissions through the Bioscore infrastructure. Participants will have the opportunity to voluntarily contribute to verified carbon compensation projects as part of the event’s Decarbonisation Plan.

Less Paper Consumption Through Digital Entry

This year at ATF, printed badges will be replaced by digital profiles created through the ATF World application, while the turnstiles used for the past seven years will be replaced by a QR code-based digital entry system. The ATF26 Türkiye programme, participating company information, B2B meetings and operational announcements will largely be shared through the application. This transformation aims to accelerate entry procedures and improve the user experience. In this way, ATF aims to reduce the consumption of printed materials and contribute to sustainability by achieving energy savings.

We Aim to Make Tangible Contributions to Our Sustainability Efforts

ATF Founder and Chairman of the Board Selçuk Meral made the following statement regarding the sustainability initiatives:

“As ATF Türkiye continues to grow each year, we believe that we must develop our environmental responsibility to the same extent. Through our Responsible Waste Management Programme, Decarbonisation Plan, digital entry systems, voluntary carbon compensation initiatives and the reduction of printed materials, we aim to make tangible contributions to our sustainability efforts.”

ATF26 Türkiye, to be held at Antalya ANFAŞ on 26–27–28 October 2026 under the theme “Hospitality Intelligence,” will bring together more than 40,000 professional visitors, over 1,000 brands and industry representatives from more than 100 countries for the eighth time. Through its collaboration with Bioscore Sustainability, ATF Türkiye aims to measure its environmental impact, develop reduction strategies and implement a groundbreaking transformation in sustainable event management.
